day 9 - sch and day 10 - niagara falls!

thursday in sch was quite alright... the morn lesson at 1030 the lecturer v monotonous... so i v bored! hahah... but health psychology is quite an interesting topic la... its abt how ppl deal with health issues... the next lesson was conservation bio, and it was v interesting!!! dunno y nus dun haf such courses... im sure u'll like it!


friday is niagara day!!! so it was up early in the morning to rent car (mazda 3) and then off we drove towards niagara!!!

in our rented car...
at some candy store at the factory outlets area... the candies are so ex! these are candy coated apples...
we bought some chocs which are so expensive!! :(
finally after quite a few hours on the road, shopping and trying to find our way onto the right road, we reached niagara falls... there are basically two sort of separate falls of water... one is a straight one (the one below) and a horseshoe fall, which is the more amazing one, cos the water tt splashes down onto the river below is so powerful and in such large amounts that it forms a misty cloud...

the horseshoe falls~! amazing right? tt day was rather cloudy and foggy... if not on a sunny day i think it'll be really beautiful!
see the large amount of water running off the edge... nature is so amazing isn't it??

beautiful flowers... i wonder why sg doesn't have such arrays of flowers... or maybe there is but i take things for granted?
other than the niagara falls there are also quite a lot of entertainment facilities in the area... got ripley's got guiness museum, and others...

we had our first lavish dinner at a restaurant called TGIF...
a funny souvenir at a souvenir shop!!! haha...
